Terrible customer service. Been waiting 2 months for a refi.

Completely disgusted by the unprofessionalism exhibited by BayView Agents. If you’re looking to speak with the BayView department, be prepared to be on the line for upwards of 1.5 hours with constant redirections to the mainline. Each time a new agent answers, you will have to provide all of your identification information.

Think asking for a supervisor will get you properly redirected? Think again. Their agents will just hang up on you.

They are the stupidest people in the business!! They think I live in an alternate universe. They can’t find any of the documents that we theoretically signed. So they are looking at loosing big Time! So don’t sign anything they send you without speaking with a knowledgeable attorney.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. If you want to feel like you’re being a bother and nuisance, call their customer service department. They are now servicing my mortgage and I cringe whenever I have to call them.
