Having always handled my own pool cleaning/maintenance when I lived at this property I didn’t really know what to expect from a third party pool maintenance company. I will also say I have high standards. After some less than ideal feedback from my tenant regarding my first service provider I decided to give B&B a shot. For close to the same monthly amount I receive a weekly checklist of what was completed that day, by whom, and a photo of the pool upon completion of the weekly service. I feel it is really above and beyond what I would expect. Additionally, when I was in a bind in search of a new provider they had a technician out to evaluate my property and provide me a quote the same day we called. I would highly recommend this service.

I just started using B&B this week, they’ve been great with communication, being on time and getting the job done. They are very friendly and have answered all of my questions. They put in a new filter, balanced everything, and cleaned everything up in a couple of days, which is a beautiful thing to me! It was so easy I wish I would’ve called and made the switch months ago! Extremely happy with them so far!!
