Lauderdale by the Sea was a spectacular place to spend three days in January! Warm and friendly, the town is both relaxed and energizing. The Beach Pavilion is at the Heart of it all. It’s where the community gathers in the evening, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. It’s super family friendly, super dog friendly, just super friendly. It’s loaded with places to mingle and sit and relax. It is a great place to sit with friends and rehash the day. There’s a good chance some well mannered resident will offer to introduce you to their dog.

Clean, friendly and calm. One of my favorite places yet! Relaxing in the ocean or in the chair was a blast and will do again!

Very quiet beach! Lots of pay to park spots…I’ve been here on Saturdays and Sundays and there are plenty of spots available in the morning. There is a shower station, but I haven’t noticed a public bathroom. Across the street there is a Publix and lots of shopping places so it is not too much of a problem.
