Best dental experience I’ve had by far! Dr Francois is so warm and professional you feel like you’re being taken care of by someone who actually cares. Very good experience. Only place in south Florida I’d recommend.

They are always accommodating and they anticipate your every need. The office is nicely appointed and has a calming effect when you walk in. Carolyn and Dario are excellent, as well as all the staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

You never know what to expect walking into a business as a first time customer, but when a business is this exceptional, I couldn’t be more grateful! The first impression is always the most important and Beautiful Smiles made a first impression a few times, when we got greeted like family by Sashe, the first face you see as you walk in, to Dr. Francois, Marcy who cleaned our teeth so beautifully and has a glowing personality, and all of the smiling faces we passed along the way. The place is pumped with great energy making the dentist a pleasurable experience the whole way through. The way Dr. Francois explained every little thing made me feel so comfortable, knowing I was in the hands of someone who truly cares. Marcy was full of great advice and tips, I felt like I was listening to my mom, she seems to care so much! Well, I didn’t think I would say this going to the dentist but it is actually a pleasure to visit Beautiful Smile Family Dentistry. From the time you enter the staff welcome you with smile and courteous attitude that is inviting. Dario the one that do your cleaning is efficient, gentle and funny. And if you want to have a good dentist, friendly, accurate and efficient go to Dr Shana Francois she will take good care of you. Hope this help, you wouldn’t regret going to this pleasant place.

I had such a wonderful experience here. The staff makes you feel welcomed and valued as a client. Dr. Shana Francois and the staff were very informative, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. The office has a nice and clean environment; I especially liked the calming music. I had some work done today and I didn’t feel a thing. I was hesitant going to the dentist because of past experiences but now I feel confident in coming here for my dental needs. They were also fast and efficient so it was a 10/10 for me.
