I am one of the many who had a very pleasant experience with this establishment.
From the very beginning , we had a phone estimate with a surveyor Chris.
We were not able to come down to our home until move day because my wife & I have been residing up in West Palm Beach to be close to our son.
The guys who came out were fabulous and did a wonderful job, nothing but great things to say coming from us.
Hopefully will not be needing another move in our late years however if we do, we know who we are going with. Great Job !!!!!!

Johnathan and Nestor were very professional, courteous and hard working. The day prior to my delivery, I was called and notified that my items were just loaded on the truck and given an ETA. The driver also notified me of some items that he saw which were previously damaged…even sent pictures. On the delivery day I was called when they were 30mins away to verify that someone was available to sign for delivery. Unpacking and set up was completed in an expeditious manner with no incidents. All items were properly place, set up and all packaging removed from my home prior to departure. I have completed severaly moves in my 30+ yrs in the military…this one was by far the in the top 2. Excellent job

Quick move on a short notice from Miami to Miami.

Our specialist “ Chris “ came out to my residence, surveyed & estimated our furniture & deco.

After a efficient half hour or so , gave a spot on estimate and described what packing & why would be done on my select fragile items.

Was very thrilled in the service he gave as well as the service I received from the crew once they arrived.

Everything was done fast & efficiently , and arrived without any issues.

Bekins will be the only company I use moving forward for my friends & family moving needs.

I called Berkins as I wanted a second quote and on a recommendation from a friend. It was a great decision! Our quote came in half of what the first one was … but this review isn’t only about the great price. The move was perfect. One time, quick and the men where polite and very efficient.hey packed up and delivered everything with ease! They were very helpful about where the furniture when and patient when we asked some pieces to be moved around. We were very very pleased and would recommend this company with any move!

Drivers on both sides were fantastic- Crews on both sides great but destination crew was literally the best I’ve ever seen- care for our belongings, amazing attitude, care for our home, great communication. Origin crew was great-managed well but a lot of guys and not so intuitive – Sales agent was correct on his communications up front and quote was accurate and moderate. Only issue was customer service didn’t do a great job communicating with us or driver. Sales knew we would need a shuttle but no one told the driver until I talked to him on Friday before the Sunday move. We kept looking for updates prior and got… crickets. We had to chase communications last 2-3 weeks.

But destination crew made up for entire process. Willy, Adrian and JJ – a small crew for our 3400 sq ft home plus garage, were so professional and calming. Our new house at 4,000′ altitude with a difficult driveway- one single door for 3 stories and no garage- so our tools and garage cabinets had to go to the bottom floor- these 3 handled every step with poise like I’ve never seen. And they weigh probably 380lb between all 3 of them- amazing ballet of moving we witnessed, with smiles and light hearted humor- these 3 took a normally crazy stressful process and made it painless and a pleasure. My wife and I were so happy during and at the end of the move- can’t 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 this team enough!
