Did work without HOA approval, no permits, have called several times and left messages, no response. Will be contacting code enforcement about doing work without permits.

This company is reliable, professional and a pleasure to work with. From the first day when I submitted a quote request all the way to completing the project, they were prompt to respond and extremely accommodating. Eduardo is kind, honest and fair. He really cares about his clients and closely supervised the project to make sure I was happy. I had a leak in my shower pan and because I live in a condo I was having a hard time finding a GC that would deal with all the documents required by the association and also pull the permit for such a small job. Bella Vista got all resolved in a couple of days, got approved and started the job within a week. I love my new shower, it looks amazing and they passed all inspections right away. I highly recommended this company! 5 stars!!!!

We had our condo renovated meaning, kitchen, master bathroom and esthetic changes to our living quarters. As we are snowbirds we needed to hire a contractor that we could trust, easy to work with as well as being well recommended for his work. It turned out that all aspects were covered. Prior to us leaving for the North (Snowbirds) we had several sit downs to go over plans, materials and permits so we would be in line as to what was expected as finished product as well as cost. As the work was being done several calls were done and pictures sent to us. If adjustments were needed they were executed in a respectful manner. A few months later just in time for our return we walked into a totally renovated condo to our satisfaction and without any major surprises. Yes, there were a few little glitches but not major and they were corrected in no time.Over all we recommend without hesitation Bela Vista Contractor.

I was very fortunate to have my kitchen renovated by Bela Vista Contractors. Eduardo and Marcio are very easy to deal with and seem very experienced. They quoted a fair price and did all the work in a timely manner. All of their techs were extremely hard working and pleasant to deal with. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity. I am very happy with my new kitchen and would highly recommend Bela Vista Contractors.
