Bell Lighthouse Point Apartments

I’ve lived here for 3 years and have gone through the transition of ownership from Overlook Point to Bell Lighthouse Point. The new maintenance team and office staff are always so attentive. Anthony and his maintenance team are fast, efficient and super friendly. They always go above and beyond to help me out. Debra and Harry in the front office handle any and all issues I’ve had and have made living here very enjoyable. Thank you for great service across the board.

I would love to give this apartment complex 0 stars. Management does not tend to any sort of request or issues from tenants. The garage is unkept, tenants take their dogs out on the top floor and let them pee/poop everywhere. You can not even take a step without almost stepping in a mess.

There are people who do not live there constantly IN and OUT — however they will BOOT your car and charge you 80 dollars if you are a paying resident parking in the garage?? Makes absolutely 0 sense.

The only good thing about this place is the maintenance manager, Anthony.. He gets things done promptly and on time.

The main management at this establishment is absolutely clueless and atrocious. Unresponsive/ not helpful and will nickel and dime their tenants during a national pandemic.

I lOVE Bell lighthouse point! From the moment I stepped into the leasing office I knew I was in The right place… if I could give 10 stars I would. I understand the frustration from some reviews but they are doing everything they can to fix the issues. This year has not been an easy one, but they are doing everything they can! The amenities are amazing ! The rooftop is super nice and it’s dog friendly community! Debra the manager is amazing and she cares so much about us, super nice & attentive, Harry and Stephanie helped me with leasing the perfect home such great help! And the maintenance team Anthony Orlando & Bryan they are wonderful! they fix any issues that I have in the apartment. Overall I’m so lucky to call this place my home !!

My brother recently moved into Bell Lighthouse Point Apt. He moved there from Bell Coconut Creek Apt.

I live in NYC and I helped my brother remotely. I worked Delgadillo. She is tremendous!!

I called Stephanie many times and she was always courteous, gave me all the time I needed and had answers to all my questions.

She handled every detail from finding the exact location my brother desired to coordinating the move with Bell Coconut Creek to insure the
moving dates synced so he did not incur added expenses. When I called and asked her about his month 1 bill she researched it and found an error and issued a credit to my brother which was wonderful and unexpected.

If you are considering Bell Lighthouse Point I recommend that you ask for Stephanie.

The fact that my new neighborhood has a 3.2 rating is so wrong. This community has been excellent since the day I reached out to them.

The front office staff, Harry especially has been a great person to work with. The professionalism of this property blows me away. Anthony and his team are hard and fast working. Minor issues fixed within 24 hours!

Our new apartment arrived in an immaculate condition. The property itself, PERFECT. I’m talking about beautiful grounds, inviting pools (yes multiple), amazing amenities and nice friendly neighbors.

The application for the phone can be rough at times but 99% of the time it works and the fact that people are mad about the building be secure is mind blowing. I would much rather it be hard to get in our home than having the doors wide open.

This place is a great community and you’d be lucky to find anything even comparable in South Florida! A+++
