Berkshire Lauderdale by the Sea

Long time resident. The building is always clean. The maintenance crew has been the same since I’ve lived here and they really care about their job. Any and all requests I have ever had Have been addressed within 30 minutes of the request being put in. The lady who cleans the building really takes pride in her work. She Really goes over and beyond. I really can’t say enough about the manager and her staff. They are always available and willing to assist with any and all requests. Residents are very friendly.

I have lived here almost 4 years now. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. The maintenance people are also very friendly and their turnaround time is faster than even expected. The cleaning crew does a great job making sure that the building is clean. The manager and her staff Do a great job also organizing social events for the residents. Great place to live and amazing location.

I lived here for 18 months and enjoyed my time here. The staff is wonderful and the courtyard and amenities are beautiful. New floors in the hallways are a great improvement. Gym is top of the line. It’s close to everything!

I have lived here a little over 2 years now and while it has been a very challenging time for everyone in the rental business during Covid, the staff here has tried to keep things feeling as normal as possible, and as safe as possible for everyone. This is something I appreciate.
The staff has been so wonderful to me. There is no perfect place anywhere, in any City, regardless if a hotel, house, apartment, but what matters is service and compassion for others and I believe they do that well here, just like it used to be before the world got so big and too busy for others. They truly care.
It’s a smaller property, which I love! The playground and neighborhood behind us is excellent for walking and it’s very safe. It’s a quick drive or Uber to the beach or a night out. All of the delivery services are at my finger tips in this location. We enjoy calling it home!
I didn’t even mention the beautiful pool, grilling area or club room, or the events that the staff puts together for that special sense of community. So many extras!

Just moved in and I already love it so much! It feels incredibly safe, I had some minor superficial notes on my move in form and Jesus did an amazing job helping with everything. I really appreciate the time he took to do a thorough job, he made sure everything was finished quickly and double checked to make sure it worked. He even made sure I wasn’t on a meeting before talking to me and swept before he left. Really appreciate the attention to detail. I only wish more residents wore mask but I know it’s hard to catch it and to enforce something like that. There are mask required signs everywhere, which is really great!
