Carla and staff at Big City Cleaners are super professional and easy to work with. They get my suits cleaned and in a great condition. Not only that, they are nice wich is hard to find in this area. 5/5 stars I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used big city cleaners many times and have always been happy with their service. They do a great job cleaning and pressing my shirts quickly at a fair price. Definitely recommend.

Do NOT use Big City cleaners. Owner refused to acknowledge that they lost an expensive shirt even though I have proof of receipt by their employee. Owner offered store credit only for much less than my store receipt which I printed for her (shirt was never worn). This credit is worthless to me since I cannot trust a company that lost my shirt and will not take ownership that they even lost the shirt. She could have given me a $2000 credit to a faraway land – it would still be worthless since I never go. The refund would have been nice, but because the owner is essentially saying that I am being deceptive and not acknowledging that they lost the shirt has me the most frustrated. I have a hard time finding shirts that fit well, so losing this shirt did not make me happy. Owner wasted more time trying to defend that they did not lose the shirt rather than resolve the problem. Shirt may have been lost by the company they send the work to…? This just happened this weekend. Customers should beware…

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been going here for about two years. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. Clothes always perfectly cleaned and on time. Very reasonable prices. Easy access & plenty of parking. Love this cleaners!
