Blaze Pizza

There are no more Blaze Pizza locations in the state I live in, so we always eat there when we are near one. It always is a welcome treat! Their gluten free crust is the best one out there. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5, is that it was Pi Day and they were super busy because their “pies” were on sale for $3.14 (pi). They were rushed making our food. It still was so good!!! Yum!

I absolutely adore Blaze. Their pizza almost always makes me happy. However, I’ve recently tried their Gluten free pizza and it’s so hard to consume. If they made the crust with a more malleable rice paste/flour (as I’ve seen other restaurants accomplish) the GF pizza would not only be good for you, but it would also taste good. Side note: I also hate how the same hands that touched meat, go right into the veggies. It makes a vegetarian weary.

We ordered online and it was an easy pickup. They also have an app you can use. Everyone built their own pizza and got just what they wanted, especially the ricotta cheese!

My first visit. The cashier was great. The young lady that prepared my toppings was even better! I was told I could add or delete anything that I wanted. And the young lady made recommendations like oregano and the seasoned salt. Delicious I will be a regular customer. My girlfriend teased senior citizen discount.
