BNR Concierge managed my house in Miami/Aventura, Florida for 3 years before I sold it. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Nicholette is friendly, full of energy, and attentive to all details. She made great suggestions about how I could make my short-term rental more welcoming and comfortable for guests–little things that people appreciated and often mentioned in reviews. I rarely had anything less than a five-star review. She was very good at screening prospective renters and making sure all house rules were observed. That’s so important in a residential neighborhood where neighbors expect to have their normal, undisturbed environment. I can recommend her for property management with no reservations.

As an owner of a duplex that I was renting on Airbnb on my own for about a year. When I decided to find a management company for my property. That’s when I came across Nicolette owner and operator of BNR concierge’s. I gave her a trial period to see if her services were of value. She came to my property and re-staged both units. Simplifying the Decor and making them both more renter friendly. All I can say, that was two years ago. BNR takes all the stress of managing bookings and cleaning. For a small Percentage of the rental fees, they do all the leg work and I collect a check.

I’ve also found that since Nicolette has a five star super host rating. That my properties get more views than when I was trying to do it on my own. I’m hoping to buy another property here in the near future. And added it to BNR concierge’s list of properties.

I travel for a living, Roughly 30 weeks out of the year. During that time I spend roughly 10 weeks a year in South Florida. I am not a fan of hotels so I choose rental properties, Airbnb’s and VRBO’s. A few years ago I had the pleasure of staying at a property managed by BNR Concierge. Since then I have made all my bookings with or through BNR Concierge. I find that the communication between management and guest is always professional and Punctual. Any question or request that I may have, has been answered in a timely fashion. The properties are always clean and sanitized.
