Joe was great. I went in hoping for some help in finding a pair of running shoes that were right for me that I could ask my husband to get for me as a gift. Though I wasn’t going to be buying any that day and said that up front, Joe was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He watched me walk and run, and tried out a bunch of different pairs based on my stated preferences, gait, and wear pattern on my existing running shoes. I was impressed with his customer service and willingness to spend time with me even though he knew I wasn’t going to be making a purchase that day. Thanks, Joe!

I find Brandys shoes staff very discriminating. I’m a nurse’s aid work for a leading hospital in ft Lauderdale. I went to brandy to purchase a comfortable shoes. The salesman totally ignored me as if I wasn’t there. I left. Years later my coworker shared the same experience with me . Not only that my patient who is white said she noticed the same thing when sherw ent there. The way they treat people of ocolor they should put a sign on the door so we don’t haveto go in to be humiliated

I was recommended to come here by a friend whose husband had a wide foot. It is very hard to find a true wide shoe in most stores. I came here and yes they are expensive but these shoes are worth every penny! They carry wide widths and they carry shoes that are made for comfort. There are Italian made shoes as well as SAS shoes. I am working a retail job now and wanted something that was going to be comfortable for walking and standing. They showed me a pair of New Balance which felt great. Much better than what I was wearing. I was also recommended to buy inner soles with an arch support. They were well worth it! I couldn’t believe the difference. I am very happy with my decision to finally check this store out and to get such wonderful service. They also specialize in diabetic footwear. I recommend you come here if you need truly comfortable shoes. Best decision I made!
