Been living here for years and never had much of any problems until this new management, I pay my rent on time and not bother anyone .. the new management is deplorable, you go to sandra and its like you have to beg for the help you need in the community you are paying to stay in, don’t ask questions or ask about a problem because the answer is some excuse to why it can’t or why it won’t get done… the past management always tried and got things done .. cant wait for new management or to get out of this place

This is the worst management I’ve ever lived with. Please do not rent from them. We’ve been living here for 7 years . Since last year when management changed horrible and very poor service for the tenants. They don’t care about anything but your money. They’re so lazy to fix anything and they have no compromise skill at all. They don’t even want to listen to you. So rude and disrespectful. We can’t wait to get out of here this year the end of the lease.

I’m sitting in my car currently at 3 a.m. because I literally cant park my car. Absolutely no parking not even at the farthest part of the condo from my apartment, I was told to go park at the plaza blocks away where I would 100% get towed if I do. Your best bet is to look else where to live Especially if you own more than 1 car.

I am leaving after nine years. I have never seen such a sudden change in the character of a property. THEY TOWED MY CAR FROM MY LEGALLY ASSIGNED SPACE EVEN THOUGH STICKER WAS VALID, WITH NO APOLOGY. THEY ACTED LIKE ANIMALS WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM. Four years ago, Breezes was a peaceful, pleasant community with very a helpful staff. Management changed to JRGS Management, and they destroyed all that was good. The new staff is hostile and clandestine. TERRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT RENT AT ANY PRICE
