They have horrible customer service ,half of their machines DO NOT work and when u tell the owner that she brushes u off ,thats not the first time they stole my money , the white washing machine #15 doesnt work and they REFUSED to put a sign that says so they rather let it take ur money instead and do nothing about ,this place is forever dirty THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR

Now everyone should know this! this laundry mat is ran by homeless people that are on drugs and are alcoholics plus they sleep inside the laundromat as you can see clearly here. I had to take this picture because this is not a safe environment, the owner New owner does not care who runs his place. The last girl the work their when they had a wash and fold was do disrespectful and used bad language the front of children was beyond lazy, the majority of the coin machines were all old and our of order and they laundry tendent NEVER placed our of order signed on the washing machines that were broken. And lots of people wasted money and never got refunded. The bathroom is very very highly toxic and unsanitary. Its never cleaned properly and this is how the homeless guys you see here leave the bathroom when they are done taking a bird bath in the sink. This place is a dump! I counted three homeless drunk drug addicts out the back door sleeping on a sofa. again this place is not safe ladies. theirs another laundry mat right next door that’s very big nice and super clean the machine are great, its located on the right hand side in the Micheals arts and crafts store close to the windixie grocery store. thank you consumer family I am happy to help you all with insuring everyone gets fare honest respectful treatment when it comes to your worth and quality in your dollars and time.

Always do the wash and fold service and always done on time. Great service
