If there was an 0 rating, I would rate it as such. Do not go to this facility drive that extra mile to another facility, it will be worth it! Upon exit my fathers his wallet is missing.  Sunday 2/28 started with caseworker on-call Gail requiring direction for my 88 yr old father’s release arrangements. Established to go home care not a nursing home facility or rehab. During this stay, he did not receive proper hydration, was required to wait as the nurse took a meal break to go to the biological bathroom need, the call to go to the restroom was done 30 min prior to break time. Continual contact with caseworker Katie Torres confirming homebound arrangements. Spoke several times to attending nurse Tiffany  & others through this process charge nurse Naomi & Rose. Tue 3/2/2021 prescription was sent to incorrect facility my fathers suppose to be discarded. 24 hrs. later 4:00 pm approval to be discharged with correct homebound equipment, still fell short no home delivery occurred for equipment. From 4 pm until 8 pm delay upon exit my fathers his wallet is missing. Hospital  Security report file /Police report file. Now my father is released at 9 pm. Important medical card & identification stolen at this facility. On-duty staff would not give me the on-call administration number. Potential patrons BEWARE!!!!

We had appointment for first vaccine shot today..our appointment was for 9:15 am..
We were greeted at door by friendly,efficient associates..we were taken early,left at 9:30 am
Words cannot describe how pleased we were with entire experience..

Everyone was kind and helpful. They saved my life. Doctors and nurses helped me alot. Team work is 5 stars. Clean place and awesome staff. Negative thing: the hospital bill is huge… I would like to pay but i can’t… I don’t have 100.000$. I am paying 50$/month but they gave my debt to collection agency… Life goes on. 🤗

I brought my mother to get her COVID vaccine via appointment. The doctor and staff were the friendliest she has ever experienced. Very laid back, personable, informative, and quick. She said she didn’t feel the shot. Super professional. She remembered one name- Beth. She wanted to give everyone 10 stars.

Parking lot was not full. No lines wrapping around corners like I see on the news. Help desk (tent in front) was actually helpful and not rude. Everything was clean.

I have been meaning to write this review for many months. My dad was admitted with stroke on the sixth floor with stroke. Great nursing. Physicians are great. My dad is a physician himself. Dr. Sonia Kalirao took care of him. She was very responsive. Called us many times to let us know what was going there. Pleasant experience in a difficult time. We thank them all.
