I am on my third year as a tenant with Camelot Property Management and the level of welcoming, warm, professional and friendly services provided that led to the signing my initial contract continues throughout my stay. I find ALL of the staff to be very courteous and easy to communicate with and are always quick to attend to my needs. I would definitely recommend Camelot Property Management to anyone looking to take the hassle out of looking for a new apartment/home and the comfort in knowing that you have a team behind you who genuinely cares.

With everything considered as I research this company, I think the biggest disappointment is the companies response to the reviews. There are so many things wrong here. I suggest you invest in a PR rep, because your emotional reaction is bad for business. There are over 5 people giving your company a 1 star, are you suggesting everyone is the problem? The internet keeps other people like myself from making a bad investment in a company that takes no responsibility for possible improvements in customer service or otherwise . I’ll pass and I’ll be sure to get the word out.

If I could give Deborah zero stars I would. Deborah is a very rude individual! I am in the process of looking for properties and was referred to her by my Realtor. Needless to say her customer service was HORRIBLE. Her tone when she speaks to clients and realtors is completely off and she speaks to you in a condescending manner. When asking for her first and last name she became more aggressive and proceeded to get loud over the phone. She does not know how to conduct business and needs more training in customer service. This is a CASE OF INDIVIDUALS WITH POWER TRIP ISSUES. One thing I will say is you have power behind that desk only Deborah. You do not have the right to raise your voice and speak to people in a nasty manner. Furthermore karma is one heck of a thing. Your karma will reach you one day no worries. I WILL NEVER RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM CAMELOT AND SUGGEST YOU DON’T AS WELL. BEWARE FOLKS!!!

I wish I could leave no stars. I have been a tenant of a property managed my Camelot for 5 1/2 years. I love the location and size of the property and the rental amount is reasonable. However whenever something needs to be fixed it is truly painful. We dealt with a bug problem for over a year with no help. It took many tears and me waking up with bugs on my face for the issue to be resolved. Currently our washing machine is broken and they keep telling me when it will be fixed but it has yet to happen. It’s been over 5 weeks with no working washer and they are telling me it will be an additional two weeks. I’m not exactly proud of how I spoke to their staff today. I am so unsure how to get through to them to see something change. The staff is unprofessional, condescending and very difficult to work with. I wish that I could contact the owner of the property and explain to him how haphazardly things are being handled. He is is wasting his money allowing these people to manage his property.
On a positive note, any time our ac unit has had an issue they have been very quick to resolve the issue, which I am thankful for since the heat and humidity of Florida is no joke. I wish that carried over in the other areas of their service.
If you are considering moving into a property managed by Camelot I strongly urge you to reconsider.
