Finding a quality camera repair shop is much like finding a quality auto repair shop: it’s difficult finding the right combo of exceptional service and honesty. Camera Clinic has been in business for nearly 50 years because they exemplify both hard to find qualities. It’s a family owned and operated business, run by the most knowledgeable and professional gentleman of them all, Robert. I had the pleasure of meeting both him and Pete and felt right at home. I took a camera lens into Robert that I bought on eBay that I was sure to cost me an arm and a leg in repair. Robert diagnosed and fixed the lens in less than a minute! Other camera shops would have probably just had me leave my lens with them and called me back with a diagnosis and a hefty bill. Robert is a straight shooter who is honest with his customer and doesn’t pull any shenanigans that some repair shops sometimes are accused of doing. If you live in the South Florida area and are in need of a camera repair shop to service your camera and lenses, don’t think twice about calling them. These guys are the real deal! We are fortunate to have the BEST camera repair shop right here in our own backyard in Fort Lauderdale!

Excellent customer service! I called and told Robert about the situation with my Canon Rebel T3 camera. He said he was there to help and that I could come at my convenience. When I came in, I spoke with Pete and he took a look at the camera. He immediately told me what the issue was and was open and honest that there was no damage to the body of the camera just the lens. I appreciated this honesty so much. They truly went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and the price charged was fair. I highly recommend them!

I had dropped off lenses for a few months before I was traveling, which I let them know. I waited about a month for the lenses to be fixed, I understood with current shipping restrictions and all, but they operated carelessly just telling me to call back the following day each time I called, when I anxiously needed the lenses fixed, and they don’t take any card payments which makes no sense. I should’ve gone with an online company with the price I paid for faster service. They seemed to be fixed though currently.
