They come into your apartment unannounced and without prior notice, I was getting out of the shower with my towel on and I hear the maintenance man inside screaming INSPECTION!!! No knock just entry that can’t be legal . They violate your privacy rights if anyone knows where I can report this to please comment below.

Martha and Jennifer are the ABSOLUTE BESTEST!! Worst MISTAKE I EVER MADE was moving, my son went away to college and I was lonely moved to WPB – BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!

Jennifer is the best. She’s been helpful from day one. I love how clean they keep it around the complex. Also, if something breaks they fix it within hours.

My niece recently moved in these apartments. They are nice, clean, and updated. The grounds look well maintained and they have security!

This apartment complex is like a resort or even better. They are very fast to respond to any request or emergencies. The ladies at the front office are professional and efficient. The fastest way to contact them is via email, otherwise stop by the office. Very clean pool, nice and safe walking trail, exercising equipment along the trail, lawn is always maintain. No hanging out, smoking, loud music or anything of the sort. This place is ideal a hidden gem.
