It is a true privilege to sing the praises of Care Alternatives. I’ve been a client from the start when Denise first opened her doors to care. As those of us who walk alongside of our beloved elders, know far too well, this road is deeply challenging and grows only more so over time. Care Alternatives has proven again and again, to be a beacon of light and wellspring of support, care, and guidance for my family all along the way of this ongoing journey. My mom is now 93 years old and her preference has been to stay at her home. Denise, Beverly, and all of the skilled and loving aids who have cared for my mom and worked in collaboration with me on what I call “Team Big A” (my mom is “Big A” while I will forever be known as “Little A”) have made it possible for our family to honor my mom’s preference. I value this partnership with Care Alternatives in a way well beyond the limitation of words, especially as my mom’s needs continue to grow more complex. My family could absolutely not take this journey alone, and with Care Alternatives, we don’t have to.

My aunt has has had the same caregiver, Mrs. B., for over 12 years now. Mrs. B has provided my aunt with care, support and companionship that has enhanced the quality of her life and we consider her a member of our family. Professional and compassionate describe Care Alternatives. They are a life saver!

My family very much appreciates Care Alternatives and Denise and Beverly who provided excellent aides 24/7 for one or both of my parents over a period of 4-1/2 years until they each passed away from their ailments in their mid to late 90’s. Two of our wonderful aides who were there for 4-1/2 years, Tanesha Fairweather and Natalie Rochester, were loving, caring and committed to my parents and promised to and did stay after my father’s death in 2018 until my mom passed in 2020. Our 3rd aide, Francia Simpson, worked for my bedridden mom for the last 1-1/2 years of her life and was also great. I highly recommend these aides and Care Alternatives. We give thanks for all of you seeing us through these last years of our parents’ lives.

I am writing this review for my Mother Joann. She has been using your amazing services and Home Health aides for many years. All her aides are professional, kind and caring. Care Alternatives manages to come through with scheduling aides for Mom’s care. Thank you Denise, Beverly, and everyone at Care Alternatives. Highly recommend them!!!

Used Care Alt. for over 2 months, the guy they sent out was GREAT. He came everyday at 5 AM to dress, wash & get me in my wheelchair. I could not be happier, if fact this was the 2nd time we used them and when we called they said no problem they would send our guy right out the next day.
