Young lady at the front desk, lab tech who did the swab, dr. assistant who checked me out all Fantastic. The young lady who checked us in went out of her way to help us with the tablet as we were not too tech-oriented. CareSpot Pompano is top notch. Thank you for the great treatment.

They are not cleaning the tablet that you sign in on. Alrhough they are social distancing in the lobby, they are not cleaning chairs after someone gets out of them.

Although I turned 60 about six months ago, I had never visited an urgent care. The reason was a skin infection and I was concerned It might become more severe like a similar one back in June. I called and spoke with P.A Ritesh Patel, he scheduled my appointment only 45 minutes after the time that I called. Covid protocols were advanced and well implemented. The intake staff were friendly and professional. Mr. Patel and Rose put me at great ease as they took care of this immediate health need and were both knowledgeable and experts in their respective medical positions. It is comforting to know that should I have any future medical incidences and I am unable to visit my primary care doctor, this top-notch facility is right down the street, and I would not hesitate to return.
