Hello,
If I could give zero stars I would. I lived in one of their bldgs for 32 years. I moved out a week ago. I have a huge wall unit bedroom set. Behind the set on the wallS and under the carpet was a horrible amount of black mold. Also when moved because of the water damage some of the wall unit collapsed. I called and texted the land lady to see what she would do about my ruined bedroom set and about the health issues I have sustained because of the black mold. She refuses to do anything and in fact hung up on me.
I would strongly suggest you not rent from this woman because she will do nothing when a problem arises
