George, the owner/dispatcher, was extremely professional and helpful. My low to the ground convertible car needed the racing ramp to get it on the flatbed truck and this company had that ability. James, the tow truck driver, was professional, respectful and very careful with my car. I highly recommend working with this company!

First of all they were early unlike most companies that I’ve dealt with in the past that end up being hours and hours. SecondlyI had a flat tire and happen to be stuck on the parking stump for my parking spot, the driver was very professional and made sure that he did not damage my bumper when moving the car onto his flatbed.Lastly due to COVID-19 I was not able to ride with my car to my dealership, but the driver and The text service they provide keep me informed. I did have to call after my dealership had said they did not receive the car yet, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was kind enough to provide me with the exact time my ticket was closed and information about who my keys were given to at the dealership. He made sure to verify everything with the driver himself to ensure that my car was safe.Turns out my dealership didn’t get around to checking in my car till the next morning but I felt better with the information I was provided by this tow company.
