Chef Alice Cooking Classes & Demos

From creative menu planning on through to our actual team building event, Chef Alice was a pleasure to work with. Beyond her informatively educational culinary skills, she’s phenomenal at reading the room….pulling on her past experience as a stand up comic to engage and entertain the room throughout!

After speaking with Chef Alice I decided to take a Japanese themed class. I explained my food restrictions(gluten free for health reasons). She was so accommodating! She changed up some ingredients and replaced them with gluten free options and had me prepare my fish with a different crust and baked it on a separate tray.
The food was delicious! Chef Alice made the learning process fun!

Chef Alice is extraordinary! She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, warm, and engaging. She clearly has a vested interest in all of her students learning and having all of their questions answered. She is able without question to adjust her instruction to meet the skillset of each student and to make each student feel special. She is so approachable that it makes building your confidence in the kitchen easy. Without any hesitation or reservation, we will definitely plan additional cooking classes with her. Thank you for such an incredibly memorable and fantastic experience!

This was one of the best experiences I have had and I highly recommend Chef Alice’s class. Alice is very friendly, personable, and funny – it was like spending the day with an old friend! Chef Alice is truly wonderful. Everything from communication before the the demo, she worked with me to pick out a theme that would please nearly everyone. Then when it came to the demo, she had everything needed to teach the class and was extremely professional and friendly. Class was so much fun and the food was delicious. She is also extremely knowledgeable and an all around great teacher. Everyone that was at the demo had a great time. We can’t wait to have her teach another demo soon!
