Closet Factory

After 6 years of use of a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet I had purchased from Closet Factory, and had them install as part of a built in bookcase, one of the ball bearing slides of one drawer broke and had to be replaced. I called Closet Factory to order a replacement slide and fully expected to pay for the new slide and fix the drawer myself. To my pleasant surprise I was told that the bookcase and file were covered by a lifetime guarantee. Closet Factory scheduled a repairman who came to my home and replaced not only the broken slide, but both slides of both drawers, in less than 20 minutes. I could not have been more pleased.

Excellent company to work with. From Jim, the consultant, to the staff to the installers, the service is professional and delight to deal with. I’m very happy with the Murphy bed including the price. Can’t recommend them enough.

Closets Factory exceed my expectations. Jennifer our designer was the best. The minute she walked in our front door she was very professional and friendly. She listened to our needs and designed us the perfect closets. I have send photos to all my friends and family even in different states telling them if they need to do their closets call Closet Factory they will not be disappointed. I will use them again.

We just had our master closet done and it’s everything I wanted and more! Our sales person, Michael White, was great from the start and helpful along the way. The install team was right on time and Installation was quick and clean! Well worth the money. I wish I could give them more the then 5 stars! Highly recommend this company!

I purchased a closet system at closet factory for my master bedroom. Initially everything went smooth and my designer was very helpful at helping me choose which closet system was right for me.
I waited a long time to get my closet installed (6 weeks) which was fine initially. The guy who installed it was fast and ended up doing it in a few hours. The issue that I had was after, the gentleman who installed it put the belt hanger in the wrong spot, occluding some of my ability to hang some things. Also I saw a base board was lose that needed to be fixed. Couple things that were no big deal and I brought it to the attention of my designer about 2 hours after the closet was installed since the guy had already left. Needless to say I thought it would be a quick fix. I waited 2 weeks for someone to call me back about getting it fixed!! It was not until I emailed and harassed my designer multiple times before someone called me back and the girl who I spoke to was rude about it stating “they were busy” as if to say just deal with it. From the day 2 weeks after the initial installation she gave me an appointment almost a month out. So I literally waited another 6 weeks for my closet to be how I wanted it. I really wanted to like this company because I do believe The quality of their product is good and I wanted them to do some more work for me, but based on the lack of attention to customer satisfaction I will go with another company to do my other closets in my home in the future.
