I have contacted Coastal Comfort on two occasions – two years apart. The first time, my a/c unit was 14 years old. On both occasions, I was expecting to get the hard-sell speach about replacing the equipment. Instead, they gave me honest advice and repaired my existing unit. Eventually I will have them replace my system. They have earned my business! Great company!

over 3 weeks ago I had them to my office to do an AC maintenance because our AC stopped working. They did come out to look at it quickly but that is all they have done correct. The technician told me that I need to replace a part and that they would send me a quote, they did not. I contacted them to ask for the quote a week went by with nothing. 3 more days passed with nothing so I called again and finally they sent me a quote that I signed and returned. I have called them 3 times and emailed 3 times asking when they are going to schedule the service. All calls I have been told someone will call me back but no one has.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! its a $2000 job and no one can call me back, pathetic.
