Coconut Creek Appliance Repair

This company is located out of Miami.. Not coconut creek. They are horrible to work with. The technician did not use any protection when sliding the refrigerator out on my wood floors. Therefor leaving gouges in the floor. GO RIGHT PAST THERE AD!!!!!!

I made a same day appt with this company. I called at 8am, was told a tech would be at my place to check my refrigerator between 12-3. That I would receive a call from the repair person when he was on his way. 2:30 no call so I attempted to call this “company.” No answer after a few calls, left a voicemail. Kept calling until someone did answer. Was told that this person was gonna call and the repair person would call me right back. Didn’t happen. I had to call them over and over bc they kept hanging up on me. Finally was told oh hey not sure what happened but he got confused and thought it was tomorrow so he’ll be there tomorrow. Like it was nothing. They had already charged my credit card for nothing! I told the guy I could’ve had any other company fix my refrigerator. Sorry was all I got. Then 5 minutes later I get a call that I needed to confirm the cancelling of the appt! Are u kidding. This place is a joke!!!!! Beware of this so called company!!!!!
