Mariane worked with the buyers and helped them conceal that they were selling their assigned parking space after they agreed to sell me their condo. I’m in an ongoing legal battle over a parking space. This experience has been one of the worse real estate transactions that I’ve ever encountered. WARNING, get your own attorney to review your documents before closing because the realtors nor the title companies care about you once you close. I’m stuck dealing with a nightmare because the sellers secretly sold the parking space that was legally assigned to the unit that I purchased when I signed a contract. I could list other undermined things that happened while I was under contract but I won’t for now. This matter was sent to the state to be investigated. Its wrong and unethical to scam hardworking people and I pray that everyone involved will be held accountable. Mariane also owned a unit in the same building that I purchased yet fail to advise me that the wrong parking space was listed on ALL of my closing documents throughout the transaction and even allowed her clients to sign off on documents selling me a parking space that belongs to a completely different unit owner. All documents recorded on my behalf include the incorrect parking space while the BOD refuses to accept responsibility and correct the error. Buyers please be aware!!!! Once you close you are forced to litigate anything that was misrepresented to you prior to closing which will cost you a lot of time and money in the end.

I tried calling your corporate offices in NJ and was unable to connect with ANYONE. All numbers forward to voice mails with no names or department information. It was most frustrating until I got to Jessica from your office. In a matter of minutes she found all the information I needed. THANKYOOU CB FTL BEACH office. Here is an employee who went the extra mile. She should receive KUDOS from management for taking the extra step to help me.
