Love this place, Lauren is a wonderful hairdresser and person.

I randomly walked in to this salon for a quick consultation. I expressed my concerns on my hair colour asking this so called “Colour Expert” to bring back life into my dull ash blond hair. The owner consulted with me and I told her I will consult with her further. Two weeks later I phoned asking for information to bring more life into my hair by adding bright blond highlights. The owner was extremely rude and condescending towards me. She actually pretended to loose phone contact with me. I therefore redialed and she rejected my phone call. My impression is that she is an older aged well pst her prime colourist years whom has absolutely no qualifications to transform hair colour. She obviously is only capable of performing only simple colour procedures to hair. If you are searching for an experienced colourist do not seek colour procedures at this location. You will find much more excitement in more newer age hair experts …seek a more qualified colourist
