Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale East/Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

The guy at front desk was awesome!! Didn’t take long at all to check in. Room was nice and clean!

Great urban spot mins away from the beach. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean & public areas appeared well kept.

We were kindly greeted when we arrived, but that was one of the only pleasant things about our stay. Our room had a terrible smell, and a weird wet spot on the floor and when we told the front desk they did nothing about it. We hated having to be in the room!

Additionally, the pool was as hot as the hot tub, the ice maker was never working, and our room keys struggled to unlock the building doors. This was not the stay we had hoped for!

Our stay here was really nice, it was clean, staff was nice as well. The pool was heated so we got to enjoy it even though it was cold outside. I would definitely stay again.

Joshua was real cool and professionalism was tops, checkin was smooth as well. There are a few items that need attention in em 103. Shower head is loose sprays water about as well as shower door handle is loose coffee table 2 of 4 legs are loose and exhaust fan in rest room doesn’t come on. When you take a shower the steam and smells fills the whole room. But so far this is in our top 3 of place for us to stay while in Ft. Lauderdale. Despite tropical storm rain all weekend long
