I received my items in good shape,
no confirmation, no email, but all is good

I made a order over a month ago and have received nothing. Can not reach customer service at all. The number on the website just rings and rings and says the wireless customer you have call is not answering. Do not deal with this company it is a fraud!!!

I have been on hold for over an hour at this point. My office placed an order a month ago and we have received no notifications on the shipment. We needed the product for Christmas time and we are about a week away at this point.

Henry was great to work with. I needed an item that was removed from the website because it sold out. They found a few left in the warehouse and processed my order by phone. I had the items in two days.

Working in customer service I know that most people will speak negatively before saying something positive. So I feel it is necessary to highlight Cody on providing such an excellent and fun experience for me. It’s always good to see people who care about their craft and also their customers.
