Cummings Brothers Truck Repair

I scheduled an appointment for PM service and told the person over the phone I needed my truck back the same night, agreed. Took it down at the appointed time and told them that if they find something that needs to be repaired and if it couldn’t be done that day I would schedule to have it done later, I needed my truck back tonight, agreed. I called at around 4 and was told that they were getting ready to work on it. It had been test driven. At that point I said I will not bother them again, and I shall await their call, agreed. They called back said I needed a new tire and that if it could be done tonight it would be ,great news. I waited. At 5:50 I decided to call back, when I noticed an email, I opened it it was the bill and notice that my truck was ready. I called immediately and asked why didn’t they call me? The guy didn’t know. I said I’ll leave now I can be there in 20 minutes, he said no one will be there, he’s going home. I understand he probably worked all day, me to except I had an agreement. I suppose it was not his fault and the 20 minutes he’d have to wait was so important and vital to his well being that it was better to screw me and the other men who counted on being in that truck at 7am tomorrow. I suppose Cummins Brothers doesn’t pay him enough to lose those valuable 20 minutes. Sorry I tried to impose it won’t happen again. P.S. I asked if I could pay via credit card and he can park the truck outside the gate. They don’t take credit cards over the phone?? My pizza place does. No zelle or cash app? Nope screw you ,I’m going home…
