CVS

I promised to myself that never and never again I will visit that store or any other CVS Pharmacy… If I could I would give ZERO stars for the poorest service ever.

Poor service. Picking up needed medication. Never a problem going to A CVS IN 20 YEARS. EXCEPT THIS ONE. YES SEE YOUR OTHER RATINGS. TWICE A PROBLEM. WILL GO TO ANOTHER CVS NEAR ME.

Great staff and a very clean pharmacy! Always on top of everything and makes sure every customer gets the proper attention!

Katoya in the the pharmacy is very very rude. You ask her questions she ignore you and then walk off as if nothingwas ever said.

What happened to good customer Service.

This place is horrendous ! I have all my prescriptions sent to this place, but after this one I’m switching all of my meds, my doctor called In a very important medication for me, I’m 35 weeks pregnant and need this med, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in thst pharmacy, had to keep calling until I got thru 3 days later only to find out my insurance hadn’t approved that med, they never told me, never called, never did anything! I called the doctor myself and straightened things up, it has been almost a week and still don’t have my med! So don’t ever have your prescriptions sent to this pharmacy!
