CVS

I would like to say that we have been using this pharmacy for three years and most recently we have been so absolutely pleased with Angela! She is kind, courteous, helpful, and always makes us smile. She goes above and beyond and even walked my prescription out to my car today because the drive through line was backed up and she couldn’t fit it in the vacuum lane. Thanks Angela! You are an asset to this store and company!

I made a confidential appointment to test for covid-19 and the pharmacy technician confirmed my appointment with one of my family members that called to make an appointment for themselves for the same day as me. So the pharmacy technician thought that myself and my brother were the same person and I did not want anyone to know I was being tested but yet she told him sir you already have an appointment for today. Be careful when using this pharmacy as they are very careless. Neither the pharmacy manager or the main office has reached out to me yet so meanwhile because they feel it is a joke I have proceeded to hire a lawyer and notify the state of glory.

Only giving one star so I can leave a review. Worst Pharmacy dept. Ever. Upon release from hospital was told they didn’t have a controlled substance I had a prescription for. Being sick and in pain I asked if they could call other CVS stores in the are to see where I could go to get the prescription, the tech only shook her head. No effort, compassion or caring. Horrible!

Went to this location in the morning on Sunday, 3/29/20 for vitamins-cold remedies, which are located in the rear of the store. Shortly I was being followed by a CVS employee. I am 70 yrs old and went early to avoid crowds. Not only was he following me (as if I was going to steal)
He actually came and stood right next to me, as if arranging shelf items.
Please CVS tell your staff about REQUIRED social distancing, and that we don’t need to be followed as if we are ex convicts! I WONT return here again.

Called multiple times only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes each time yesterday. I find it hard to believe that the corporate office is not monitoring wait times here. Maybe they need to hiring more competent employees. Take your business elsewhere.
