There are many doctors who treat the foot and ankle in Broward County, but the doctors at Pembroke Pines CFAS focus 100% on these issues.

Overuse of cortisone injections by this Dr and her husband have caused permanent life long damage to my foot. These injection caused a toe support tendon to rupture, requiring surgery to repair. Now 10 years later and I have constant pain when walking. How a medical person can be unaware of the consequences of cortisone injections near a tendon, speaks volumes to these “doctors” true abilities. I would never let these people anywhere near my feet.
I take my 95 yr old mom to Dr McDonald for her ingrown toenails and diabetic feet. To say we are pleased with the doctor and her staff is an understatement. They are all professional, kind, and compassionate. After previously going to a foot doctor who was always in a hurry to ‘get ’em in & out’, Dr. McDonald takes time to work gently on Mom’s sensitive nails/toes and explain what she’s doing. This is the BEST podiatry practice around!! Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!
Dr McDonald took the time to explain what was going on with my foot in terms I could understand, and explained all my options with no pressure. She is wonderful. Her staff is just as great, and they are good about keeping to a schedule. I have never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen.
