In error, my policy was not updated to the new vehicle from the old one. For 10 months they took my money but when we had a an accident they didn’t cover it. They refused to refund the premiums or cover the accident. Then they recorded it as an ‘at fault’ accident, raising my rates. Darren simply washed his hands of it and stopped returning calls or emails. Now I find out that they suspended coverage on the vehicle in December because they needed an inspection but failed to tell me!

I have been a loyal Allstate customer for 11 years with 4 vehicles and have never been more disappointed in a company. Darren Kerr never went to bat for me and never tried to help in any way. He’s just happy to take my money for no service.
