Dermalogica Learning Loft

After a frustrating product order situation from the Orlando learning loft (which does not exist any longer, but all links and maps still worked leading me into this situation) Joanna from the FTL location worked hard to make everything right! It was in no way her fault, however she was able to get my products to me in Orlando at lightning speed!

I often find that communication break downs in serving clients can land you in a position of just hearing “sorry ‘bout that” with no real solution to your problem. I was over the moon by Joanna’s diligence to assist me! I’m so sad to see the Orlando location no longer here, but really glad that Dermalogica does an outstanding job of including professionals in their organization of terrific character and great substance!

I really like the facility, It’s very clean and organized. The front desk lady is very professional, helpful, and most of all genuinely kind. Now, the trainer S. Bell, was all of the contrary, super rude, unfriendly, with an abrut personality that matched her butchery square body. No matter how hard you try you will never match up to her know it all attitude. She thrives on humilliating people, the more audience the better. She will very easily diagnose a skin condition like a dermatologist with her esthetician license. Although I learned from her, at the end of the day I felt beat up and worn-out. If you come to this place be ready to be put down and hit over the head for trying, you will never be good enough. Just keep your mouth shut.
