DHS Equipment

I called DHS Equipment on Monday and spoke with David. He answered all of my (probably very annoying) questions. I drove up and spoke with Ramon in the office. He also answered my questions and was extremely helpful in choosing the right equipment I need to start a pressure washing business. Thank you DHS for the great service you provided. You are definitely the company i will be going back to when i am ready to upgrade.

Called to see if they had a part in stock.
I did my due diligence as a professional in my trade. I provided the equipment’s model, serial number and even the part number. I was assured that they had not just one but two of them in stock. After driving an hour out of my way to their building, the guy who told me he had the parts in stock, could not locate the parts. After a few minutes, I was told they didn’t have the part I needed. Very disappointing. If you assure a customer you have the part and they tell you they are driving over from the next county, make sure you have the part.

Recently bought a pressure cleaning setup from DHS equipment. David and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As a military veteran myself, I appreciated the service and attention to detail from this veteran owned business business showed me. David personally took time out of his schedule to explain the just purchased machine to me, answering all of my questions and even showing me things about the machine that I didn’t know. Highly recommended! Will be doing business with DHS equipment again in the near future. Thank you DHS!
