This company preys on low income communities to provide the worst internet possible, using the worst equipment ever, and with the worst customer service. Their customer care line people are very nice, but they can’t help at all. This company does NOT care about its customers and know they have your money regardless because your apartment managers are too incompetent to find a new company.
