I have been with them for a 2 years and this will be my last time going after I have surgery and have a post op visit they are terrible with service they treat their patients like they time or issue is of no importance

I would give no STAR if I could. My first visit and it was the WORST!!!!!!! The front desk lady Wilma VERY rude and VERY unprofessional. I had to call my insurance to find another pcp. Something has to be DONE.I left in tears from this visit and the way i was treated. I Didn’t feel welcomed at all .

We waited for over 4 hours even though I made an appointment. The place was empty that day. When the doctor saw us I was told to take natural home remedies. Waste of money and time.

Don’t waste your time going to do this office as they provide the worst service they don’t care about the patients it’s not their priority. Lorna, the lady who gives referrals, is extremely rude and arrogant and no one in the office can address her behavior they are all afraid of her. The Office Manager, Midalys, who should deal with the patient’s issues is no better. She also has poor customer service skills and is not sympathetic towards patients and they don’t care about the patients. I recommend stay away from this office if you want to get good care please look for another doctor’s office.
