Ive been here 3 times already and waited before leaving this review. All 3 times I’ve gotten hard stale food. Figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and give it a few attempts but every time I’ve come here I’ve gotten stale food. I stop by in the am when they are supposed to be fresh but still very hard. Never going here again.

Deliciously chaotic, likely because the median age of the workers seems to be about 12 years old. However, what they lack in organization, they make up in enthusiasm.

My sourdough breakfast sandwiches were well prepared on both occasions that I ordered them.

Unfortunately, they were mislabeled at the pickup counter, so I had to shuffle through others’ scattered offerings to find mine.

Don’t let this put you off; go, order, and enjoy the ride. Just check your bag before you leave!!

I’ve given this location too many chances. The professionalism is lacking. I’ve suggested to management numerous times they should offer professional development classes because the customer service skills are lacking. Krystal is absolutely horrible taking orders. So my encounter this morning was over 2 cents but it’s my money and right is right I want my change. if I had ordered and did not have enough money they would not give me the food. Today was the final draw. I’ve filled out so many surveys and have emails from the field learning manager Angel Rhodes. I don’t want a free coffee or donut I WANT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. But no worries if I have to drive a few extra miles to another location to prevent from getting frustrated at the pompano location I’ll do just that.
