Dunkin’

This place is a disgrace!! No one have listening skills!!! How hard is it to make a hot large black tea with 5 creams and 4 sugars?!!!! Get all the way home to have a tea with no cream nor sugar, with a sticker on the side that SAYS 4 creams and 5 sugars!! No matter how many times i go there they never give me what I order and pay for. It defeats the purpose of going through the drive through to have to go back and GO INSIDE to get what i ordered just for them to have an attitude! I hate this location! They always fail me!

They are always busy in the mornings but their drive thru moves quicker than going in. My drinks were good. Even though they forgot 2 of my drinks today I still give them my business every Sunday.

Even though the line gets very long at this location I prefer to wait in it because of the staff. They’re very nice and make sure that your order is perfect!

Always a long line in the morning rush hours but boy do they clear this line quickly! Never have an issue with my orders. Very courteous. They should be a training store for other Dunkin Donut franchises because they’ve got it down to a science!!

They made the Fresh coffee, at about 7:40 in the evening. Perfectly to order. Worth the U-turn on Commercial Blvd for it! Conveniently located near the west side of I95 before Powerline Rd. Drive through & lobby open. Servers weren’t friendly, but neither were they rude. Did the most important thing well- Great Coffee!
