I am very disappointed with this office. I received a bill in the mail one month after my 5 minute office visit for $150 for a “procedure” in the office to which I had not given my verbal consent, nor had any idea would be an added cost in addition to my $40 copay. In the end, a 5 minute visit with the PA cost me ~$200 out of pocket. I feel completely duped and hope in the future this office makes their patients completely aware of any additional costs. This is an unethical way to treat patients and conduct a business.
I cannot say enough great things about my experiences at ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida. Melissa Nolasco (MPAS, PA-C), Natalie Aiello (Office Manager) and the entire staff are simply AMAZING. So professional and so gentle that I will never go anywhere else for my personal ENT issues and recommend ENTSF to all my family and friends.
Dr. Lapco and the entire staff was simply amazing. Even with a booked schedule, they managed to squeeze me in with Dr. Lapco. After several visits to other specialists, Dr. Lapco was the only one that was able to treat my condition and now I am pain free. This place rocks!!!
Perfect!
$650 to see the nurse practitioner for 5-10 minutes. No thank you. Very nice and courteous staff who looked bewildered when I told them I wasn’t going to accept their exorbitant services.
