PETER at Edible Arrangements IS THE BEST! I have an adult disabled son. Today was his first day with a new caretaker, and my son wanted to get a smoothie from Edible Arrangements. They went there, and my son used his debit card to buy a pricy platter, in addition to the smoothie. When the caretaker told me about the platter, I explained that my son was not allowed to spend that much money. They went with me back to Edible Arrangements, and I was expecting a serious debate when I returned the platter and asked for a refund. Instead, Peter could not have possibly been more understanding and kind. I told my son and his new caretaker to regularly go back to this business and buy smoothies. PETER IS THE VERY BEST! EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON WORKING FOR THEM!!! Please also visit this business and tell Peter that his actions and attitude are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Every time I call within the hours that they say they are open I get no one. I was confused if this location was even still open because every time u come the lights are off & it looks closed down. Stood outside waiting & calling then at 9:09 am I guess an employee decided to come to work, & with an attitude told me that they opened at 9 am. When she filanny let me in I told her I was there for pick up & she said I just got here there is no pick up. -Eye roll- I told her that it was called in from the day before. And apparently it still wasnt ready so now I have to wait another day to pick it up because I cant wait an hour for it to be made. Again why it wasnt made when the order was placed yesterday I dont know.

I will never order from Edible Arrangements ever again!

I placed an order on June 17th for a delivery on Father’s Day (June 21st). I payed an extra delivery fee to have it delivered on Father’s Day, I could have selected the day before (Saturday) for no additional fee.

On June 21st, Father’s Day, I called the store around 2:30pm, knowing that the store was closing at 3pm to check on my order. The lady let me know that my order was out for delivery and even though they were closing at 3pm it would still be delivered after hours. To my surprise nothing was ever delivered to my dad on fathers day.

I called the next morning to check status of the order and I spoke with a guy this time. He let me know that he was calling the girl who worked the day before to see if she had delivered it on her way home after work. She did not. The guy apologized and told me that they would make sure an order went out today. I told him that it was unacceptable and he let me know that he would do something special and send a little something extra to make up for their mistake. This does not justify the situation, but I agreed to allow them to deliver today.

Again for a second day, nothing was delivered to my dad for father’s day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be calling in the morning for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IF IT IS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. If you must order from Edible Arrangements, go and pick up your order. This establishment should be embarrassed of their poor service.

If Google allowed it, I would give this location 10 stars. 5 stars is the highest rank and compliment you can give, and this Edible Arrangements location deserves every bit of those 5 stars. Recently, I needed a very last minute gift to send same day delivery. After researching local various flower, gift basket and edible options online, I ended up selecting, Edible Arrangements. I’ve used this company, and some of their other locations across the state in the past. Their overall selection and same day delivery options were by far the most extensive. While there’s nothing very special about the high costs associated with these fun packages from any of available companies… pricing here is pretty comparable to others brands – I was able to locate a few different promo codes on the company site to help bring the cost down.
