I am giving EF Tire & Auto the highest recommendation possible! Bill Martinez gave me a quote for major work that was super competitive. I know, because I shopped around. I made sure that the other bids contained the exact same manufacturers’ parts. In other words, it was an “apples to apples” comparison. Furthermore, and equally important, I know I can trust their work, because both EF Auto and Bill Martinez came HIGHLY recommended to me by a number of people. If you want an excellent price and a rock solid reputation, bring your vehicle to EF Tire & Auto Repair.

I have been going to EF tires for over 15 years and Jim was always great. The past couple times I’ve dealt with another guy (New Management?) but he has quoted me higher rates and has always been rude, but I bit the bullet. This last time was the last straw. I came to get a tire plugged and he said it would be $15 dollars. Most places charge between $5-$10 for this, so I asked if he would be able to do better since I’m a loyal customer and most people are like me and struggling during this time. He was extremely rude and said no, it’s $15, so I said I would go elsewhere. The 2 employees could not wait for me to leave the building before bursting out in laughter. Very unprofessional & the have lost a loyal customer for life. It’s no longer the honest repair shop that you can count on for a great price & good service. Too bad….

I have been coming to EF Tire and Auto for over 20 years for a reason. I am ALWAYS treated respectfully and NEVER taken advantage of. The quality of service performed is without a doubt the best. I have sold several of my cars that had been maintained by EF Tire and Auto and have always received top dollar due to the condition of the vehicle. If you are looking for an honest company with a great staff, look no further.
