This company caused thousands of dollars in damage and refuses to take accountability. They towed my vehicle from my driveway, dragging my vehicle for almost a mile not realizing my e breaks were activated. On top of that their tow truck ruined my driveway. I have statements from an authorized Mercedes technician that my vehicle was dragged due to their negligence and they have yet to take accountability.
