Friday, October 16, 2020, Elegant Parties sent out the fella to drop off the baby shower rentals ended up scratching our brand new patio table delivered on Friday, October 16, 2020. We have used them before for our wedding day. I didn’t expect for Steven and his brother to be rude to my husband either. My husband told Steven to tell his father, Juan, to call to explain what happened but never received a call from Juan. In the meantime, we were going to use them for our upcoming Holiday Housewarming Party in December, and after Monday, we decided not to use them ever again. It’s a real shame, especially since this is a challenging time. But this does not permit us to be unkind or disrespectful.

I have to personally thank the staff of Elegant Party rentals for their punctuality, their dedication to their services that they supply and the understanding and knowledge of what people are in need of. Forever grateful of surprising someone on a precious day’s event that their services were truly needed. You guy’s are awesome!

Elegant was punctual and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. When one of my vendors didn’t show up on time I got nervous I asked them if they would be able to provide the items. They gave me a number to call after hours and told me I can order the items if I needed them but to relax because they are sure the vendor will come. They went to venue to double check for me even though they didn’t have too.

This is the best party rental company I ever experienced. They created the best atmosphere and amazing lay out, including covering the swimming pool with a see through plexiglass as a dance floor . They were on time , clean and very organized . Highly recommend them

My 40’th bday party was amazing thanks to Elegant Parties! These guys are more than wonderful! They took care of everything, set it all up and turned it into an unforgettable night! I totally recommend them over and over again for any other event!
