Hallo ,l have financed my car via Equity Auto Finance and can only recommend this company,everything has been done quickly and easily,whose employee Kathy was always nice and helpful on the phone and tried to answer all my questions .

This place is unprofessional and rude. Phone calls are ignored or if you actually talk to someone they blow you off. They have you to the point you are mad and just want them to come get the car. They charge late fees and swear every check payment is late. They call to harass for 15 dollars but email you when they aren’t supposed to cash a check because you have already made an online payment. I would never recommend anybody to these crooks. I’d rather walk till my feet are sore than have a car financed by them.

I just payed off my 2018 Jeep Cherokee! I have never had such a smooth transaction with financing my car. There operations team have the best customer service I have ever experienced. This company is really flexible when it comes to payment methods and contacting them. I am definitely financing my next vehicle with them!
