I woke up this morning to find that my car was towed, I called them and the guy who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. He told me to get there at 8am to pick up my car, when I got there he was there and the whole thing took less than 5 mins. It was a pleasant experience, so happy my community got rid of the last towing company !!

No comment! Just glad I got my money for damages due too incompetent driver who illegally towed me!

Customer service sucks. They dont have anyone at the tow yard at night. The driver runs the calls and window. So you have to wait till the driver gets back to the yard to release your vehicle.

Parked my car In the guest parking and registered my vehicle for 1 hour. In one hour and 2 minutes my car was towed. Scums of the earth.

Towed my vehicle while parked at my own home, not blocking or bothering anyone. Initially unable to get ahold of anyone when I was attempting to get to work, only to find my car gone. When I did get ahold of someone, he was extremely rude saying “you sure gotta lotta questions don’t you”. As a matter of fact I do… let’s start with why you feel the need to attempt to deflect your misery on others? Shady business, only worried about collecting cash… not how their disgusting practices negatively impact others’ lives.
