Extended Stay America – Fort Lauderdale – Cypress Creek – Park North

This place was beautiful. Clean, comfortable room. The front desk person is what sold us to this place. If anyone needs to be Employee of the month/ year it should go to “Jerson” (sorry didn’t get his last name) !!!! I have dealt with many people, most friendly enough but he went beyond that to make us feel at home. So very polite, sincere and such a humble, happy personality. I can’t say enough about him, just hope he is recognized as a great asset to your company. Wish there were more Jerson’s in this world. Thank you for the beautiful room and the great staff. We will be back !!!

This place was very welcoming! The employees were very respectful and informative of what was going on. I loved it here! I felt very safe and comfortable. My vacation there was fun! I will love to come back to bring my whole family 🙂

This hotel feels like home. I stayed for 1 month as I was waiting to move into my new apt. I have to say that since the pandemic this has been a wonderful relaxing experience. Steven helped me a lot during my stay. The manager and staff were also helpful. It smells good everywhere. I suggest that you come here only if you are a quiet person that appreciates clean areas and doesn’t party. They give you everything you need for your stay including pots and pans to cook your meals. House keeping will leave your room super clean. I can also tell that corporate hires quality staff and trains them well on how to talk to guests and make their stay pleasant.

This property was recently renovated and is clean and well appointed. Having a kitchen – even for a short stay – is super handy. But the reason for a 5-star review is the superb staff. They were helpful and accommodated our every need. Jerson especially went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

..love, love, love the spacious Queen bed rooms.. the renovations are great and the staff is serious about keeping it that way.. they expelled a guest that was smoking in a non-smoking room.. a good place for a staycation or getaway..
