Extended Stay America – Lauderdale – Cypress Creek – NW 6th Way

Rooms and hallways smell like mildew. The customer service here is rude!!!!!! When I checked into my room the fridge was dirty and broken. Maintenance had to come switch out the fridge! Hoodlums hanging around the parking lot at night. Out of all the extended stay I have stayed at this is by far the worst one! Such a nice area so it was disappointing!

The dude name Emmanuel that work at the front desk is very rude every time I go to the front desk he always have a attitude I was just there Sunday night I ask for towels he was sleep in the back and woke up when a whole attitude became I asked for towels he needs to be Fired

Very nice young lady that checked us in, very professional and polite. Highly recommend this location. Excellent accommodations!

Receptionist is very nice and rooms are nice just pool and gym is closed which sux bc im coming from ny.

Maybe it was timing but my experience at this hotel was very difficult. The staff did there best to help but some stuff was beyond their control. The housekeeper on third floor very nice and helpful I tipped her before I left. But there were numerous issues maybe it was bad timing but I’m rethinking using this chain of hotels.
